HIRE BIKE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As with any hire bike usage - any crash damage must be paid for by the entrant riding that machine. South West Track Days have implemented a number of crash protection gear on the bikes to ensure that crash damage is limited to the best of our abilities, but sometimes we can't stop the damage that occurs in the event of a crash. As well as incurring the cost of damaged parts, there will also be an additional charge of $100 per crash, regardless of damage sustained to the machine or not.

South West Track Days has an 'any-fault' policy in place - which means that no matter who was at fault for the crash or sustained damage, the entrant riding the machine is liable for the payment of repairs.

In the event of a crash where parts break on the bike, South West Track Days will invoice the entrant for the cost of parts at the lowest possible rate.

If we believe the entrant is riding the bike in an unsafe, dangerous, and reckless manner, the entrant will be given three verbal warnings – if the entrant exceeds their three verbal warnings in one event, the Promoter has the right to ask the entrant to leave the venue immediately, and no refund will be given.
