Have you ever wanted to give motorcycle road racing a go, or do you simply just want to better your road riding skills? Now is your chance with South West Track Days, offering a full days track day at the Warrnambool Kart Track! South West Track Days have three KTM390cc Duke hire bikes. Hire Bike usage includes - fuel in your bike throughout the day, bikes fitted with Pirelli Supercorsa race tyres, tyre warmers, and general maintenance where needed throughout the day. Receive one-on-one coaching with an Australian Supersport 600 Champion Ted Collins, and Australian Supersport 300 front runner Tayla Relph. Additional Charges: Motorcycling Australia One Day Licence - Additional $38 Hire Gear Usage - Additional $30 [Note, we do not supply helmet hire. Only a select range of leathers, boots & gloves]. Any additional charges incurred are be paid on the day prior to going on track. Payment methods include EFTPOS or Cash. It is important to note in the event of a crash, you are required to pay for all damage to the machine. SWTD run under an 'any-fault' policy, meaning no matter who is at fault (whether that be yourself or if another rider was to cause you to crash), the person riding the bike that crashes is liable to pay for all damaged parts. This will invoiced to the entrant within 7 days of the event. There is also an additional $30 per crash, regardless of damage that is to be paid at the end of the track day.

Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICIES As we pay a non-refundable track hire fee, your entry fee will not be refunded if you choose to cancel after payment has been made. Refunds will only be given if the South West Track Days deems your reason to be acceptable. In the event of a crash; if you are unable to re-join or continue your track day, your entry fee will not be refunded. Weather Conditions: Refunds will only be given if South West Track Days cancel the event due to extreme weather or poor track conditions. The entrant may choose to either have their payment amount refunded or transfer their entry over to the next available date. Please note, events will only be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, and we will always provide as much notice as possible.
